This educational civic centre seamlessly integrates educational spaces with natural and mechanical water filtration systems, creating a living laboratory where the building itself becomes a teaching tool. The design harnesses both tidal energy and wetland ecosystems to demonstrate sustainable water management principles through direct experience.
