A 'Public Loop' outdoor pier pathway invites public exploration, with an entry that changes over time: high tides submerge stairways, offering kayak access. Two black box theatres, linked by a bridge that serves as an outdoor stage, can combine into a ‘Super Theatre’ with flexible stage configurations. A mesh facade filters light and reflects water, creating a seamless connection with the bay’s rhythms for an immersive journey through performance and place.
