This report presents our final strategy for Message Stick, an Indigenous-owned ICT provider delivering tailored solutions to public and private sectors. We identified a gap in today’s office landscape where cultural shifts, reduced office usage, and a hybrid workforce emphasise inclusiveness, flexibility, and communication. Grounded in Indigenous “Songline” symbolism and our brief to position the client as a Thought Leader, our Four-Step Initiative Strategy includes: 1. A digital thought-leadership campaign 2. Co-designing optimal workplace ecosystems with clients 3. Piloting the strategy for a re-imagined workplace 4. Partnering to establish Message Stick as a role model and thought leader in the future of work.
