Scenes of Restoration

Scenes of Restoration transforms the theater into a space for showcasing the process of conservation of marine habitats, highlighting the rich biodiversity inhabiting Sydney harbour’s Chowder Bay. An educational and recreational space that responds to the rising degradation of marine ecosystems, performances are dedicated to the rehabiltiation of marine communities such as the endangered seagrass. Audiences are guided through various marine habitats, immersed into performances showcasing the rejuvenation of marine life, where marine scientists are actively in the process of restoring ecosystems.
