Public harbour baths at Balls Head Bay within the Coal Loader Wharf.

Basking

‘Basking’ stretches across the waters of Balls Head Bay by reutilising the dilapidated steel frames of the Coal Loader Wharf. In its exposed yet protected form, the structure basks in the sun, whilst its lower levels step down for visitors to bathe in the harbour's waters. The theatre vocalises the environmental and communal heart of the place it sits within, acting as a catalyst for its storytelling. Walking within a remediated piece of cultural heritage, experience the accumulation of histories and communities.
