"Yagamarri Ngurra" is a heartfelt exploration of the profound connection between landscape architecture, ecology, and the rich culture of Gamay. This project unfolds as a sanctuary, featuring a workshop, laboratory, and observatory, all linked by a snaking trail that beckons the rangers and visitors to engage with the land's stories. Inspired by the beauty and significance of native plants, especially the Casuarina, I aim to weave these insights into my designs, honouring the cultural narratives and ecological roles that shape our landscapes. This approach aspires to create a meaningful dialogue with the land, offering a renewed appreciation for the Country.
