This project explores the design and significance of satellite offices in the post-pandemic era, emphasizing flexibility, sustainability, and business continuity. The rise of remote and hybrid work has transformed office design, prioritizing human-centered elements like natural light and adaptable spaces. Generative design tools enable architects to optimize these spaces for energy efficiency and comfort. Initially created to enhance customer service, satellite offices now support remote work and reduce commuting. This research examines the evolution, current strategies, and future potential of satellite offices, highlighting their role in enhancing employee well-being and achieving sustainability goals.
