The four key elements that build a successful public space are Play, Move, Rest and View. The thesis seeks to tackle the absence of quality places for social interaction and recreation, particularly for students and youths, though not solely. The area near the railway station floods with students from different schools without a place for them to hang out, play, or just relax. This insight motivated the conception of a public space incorporating four essential elements: Rest, Play, Move, and View. When these four elements are integrated it creates an environment for the diverse users to meet and build friendships.
