The theatre It’s Floating, It’s Changing responds to the complexity of Ball’s Head through shifting perspectives and interpretations. The design reflects the site’s changing external characteristics, with a stage that moves around Ball’s Head, offering different views. Performers and designers use movable panels to adapt the internal space, creating dynamic interactions between external and internal changes. As audiences step away from the site’s surface, they could experience new perspectives above the sea. This journey allows them to engage with evolving interpretations of Ball’s Head, inviting both performers and audiences to explore its rich potential.
