Towards Inclusion

This strategy addresses the exclusion of low-literacy users from the Success Ladder platform by embedding inclusiveness into organisational governance, collaboration, and design. Grounded in a three-phase roadmap, Phase 1 focuses on transforming inclusiveness into an institutional priority, establishing accessibility and usability standards, and mobilising cross-functional collaboration. By tackling root causes and implementing evidence-based principles, the strategy aims to create a sustainable, self-reinforcing inclusive system. Anticipated outcomes include improved learning experiences, enhanced user autonomy and confidence, and expanded educational access for previously excluded populations.
