FNC as an integrator in a system of systems

Fraser-Nash Consultancy (FNC) is at a pivotal stage where it can redefine its role from a systems engineering organisation to a systems integrator. As an integrator, FNC would operate across interconnected systems, sensing relationships, connecting partners, and translating human, environmental, and economic insights into informed action. The proposed solution, the Life-Centred Transition Lab, provides a framework for FNC to convene stakeholders from industry, education, policy, and community to co-design transition pathways. It enables continuous exchange of insight across technical, social, and ecological layers and ensures that local perspectives guide decision-making.
