This project aims to position Message Stick as a thought leader in the future of work, particularly in corporate communications and infrastructure. Message Stick is an Indigenous-owned ICT services provider specialising in Unified Communications and IT strategy for Australian corporate and government clients, including high-profile entities such as the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the GPT Group.
As workplaces evolve with new technologies, demographic shifts, and global changes, organisations must adapt their ICT infrastructures. Message Stick supports this shift by designing advanced communication systems that meet the demands of modern work environments, including change management, compliance, and customer service solutions. Leveraging partnerships with major technology firms, Message Stick is well-placed to guide clients through these transformations.
This project will involve teams in developing a strategic response to establish Message Stick’s authority on future work trends. Key project phases include initial client briefings, a site visit to technology partners, and iterative sessions to refine strategies and innovations. Teams will ultimately present a strategic report and design innovations, positioning Message Stick to lead conversations on the evolving nature of work. Sub-briefs offer further exploration with clients like GPT, addressing both corporate and non-corporate work environments.
